Virgin Aluminum Foil
To achieve certain product specifications we acquire .000XX" gauge pure foil. Ink or printing is an unacceptable contaminant; however we will be happy to consider such material at an appropriate value.
A maximum 4% rolling oil is generally accepted, but not preferred. This foil can be baled or on cores. A core accountability and return program is maintained. Hydraulically briquetted foil is not acceptable.
Our experience suggests we are generally able to provide a higher value for this type of scrap when compared to secondary remelters or smelters.
